Return Policy

 

 

All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice and an RMA#. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned products must be in the same condition they were in at the time of sale, in un-opened original packaging. Installed, damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products can only be returned within 30 days of the original invoice. No C.O.D. returns.

 

ERRORS IN PACKAGING:  

If an incorrect item is received due to errors by Gennie Shifter that item (if unused and like new) will be exchanged for the proper item. The incorrect item must have been ordered direct from Gennie Shifter and returned pre-paid within 14 days of the original shipment’s receipt. Shortages reported within 14 days of receipt will be filled by Gennie Shifter. No claims for incorrect parts or shortages will be addressed after two weeks of the original shipment’s receipt.

 

DAMAGE CLAIMS:  

Claims for damage, open or concealed, will be inspected by Gennie Shifter; the item must be returned in original package, with invoice and our RMA#, provided by Gennie Shifter (see Wholesale Returns). After a product inspection, Gennie Shifter will advise you of the claim status.
