Shipping Policy



We currently ship orders to the US lower 48 states. If you would like to place an order from outside that area, please contact us. 


Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.  If any part is not available you will be contacted with options.

We are located in the Rocky Mountains.  We have experienced delays in order processing and shipping due to snow storms (ie, multiple feet of snow), wildfire, illness and product prep (manufacturing, polishing, etc. to meet demand).  Please be patient. We have a high regard for our customers and a very high regard for getting you quality parts made in the U.S.A.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at check out.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Item(s) must be unaltered and in original condition and packaging. All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice and an RMA#. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned products must be in the same condition they were in at the time of sale, in un-opened original packaging. Installed, damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted.  We will examine the product upon receipt at Gennie Shifter to determine refund status. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please call (303) 623-1963 with details and email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
